Camp can be associated to the cult movie : the Rocky Horror Pictures Show. The midnight movies are always transgressive an Camp movies are often transgressive, funny, trash, kitch.

Began with baroque, fun of high culture, vulgar. The message is an anti message, having fun with forms, can’t be taken seriously, too much. We like it, but, at the same time, it is disgusting. Oscar Wilde is a good figure of camp. He make us looking at things we don’t want to see.
